And we put internal measures in place that create a more inclusive workplace and improve our communities.

We are committed to reducing our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by engaging our suppliers, and implementing efficiency programmes in our day-to-day activities.

By embracing sustainability as a business enabler and differentiator, we aim to inspire change, foster collaboration and engage employees and clients to thrive in a more sustainable future. We strongly believe in giving our employees a safe, considerate, fair and diverse work environment so they can prosper and grow in their identities and wellbeing. We are proud to give back to our communities through local and international ESG initiatives.

Our sustainability strategy

Our sustainability strategy is the roadmap that guides us to better environmental responsibility, social impact and economic resilience.

We’ve built our strategy on four core areas: supply chain, services and solutions, social and governance. These foundational pillars and the objectives within them drive us towards a future where responsible business practices define our success.

Supply chain objectives

100% of transportation packaging material is recyclable, reusable or compostable by 2025
Achieve NetZero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030
Achieve NetZero Scope 3 emissions by 2040

Services and solutions objectives

Achieve NetZero cloud platform carbon footprint by 2030
Reduce return rates of up to 25% by 2030

Our charitable themes for 2024

At ESW, we are committed to supporting charitable causes and community initiatives. We are proud to support UNICEF, a global organisation that works in more than 190 countries to save children’s lives, defend their rights and help them reach their potential. We also work with local community groups to clean the neighborhoods, towns and cities where we live and work.
